# Atomyx Submit Architecture

### Platform relationships

#### Atomyx Vault → Submit

Atomyx Vault provides authentication, workspace isolation, and subscription management.

#### Submit → Prepare

Atomyx Submit uses Atomyx Prepare for:

* preflight checks
* artwork adjustment processing
* preview generation
* proof page generation

#### Submit → Manage

Atomyx Submit is delivered as a plug-in for Atomyx Manage. It contributes submission-related capabilities into the Manage environment and allows submission data to be tracked in a structured way.

#### Submit → ERP / ordering system

The portal exchanges data with the print service provider's ordering or ERP platform, including:

* product parameters
* status updates
* processed file references
* proof page references
* preflight results

### Common integration model

The most common approach is:

* the ERP or ordering system controls the order lifecycle
* Atomyx Submit handles the customer submission experience
* Atomyx Prepare performs the PDF processing
* Atomyx Manage provides structured tracking and workflow support

### Integration patterns

Submit is most commonly deployed in one of these ways:

#### Standalone portal

A dedicated portal URL with its own branding and flow.

#### API-led session creation with portal redirect

The parent platform creates a submission session and sends the user into the Atomyx Submit flow.

#### API-heavy custom implementation

A more custom route where the surrounding experience is tightly controlled by the integrating platform.
